Dementia Care Connections

Memory Cafe is a social gathering for individuals living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, or dementia as well as their care partner– a spouse, partner, family member, or caregiver.

Memory Cafe utilizes a variety of structured activities to promote social interaction, engagement, cognition, and reminiscing. This is an opportunity for loved ones and care partners to form new bonds of friendship in a safe, supportive, and welcoming setting. There is no cost to attend a monthly memory cafe.
