Jessie hosts this weekly online group for folks with cognitive impairment or dementia to reminisce, engage, and create a sense of connection and wellness. Our group utilizes mindfulness and sensory stimuli to recall things like the smell of home cooking, favorite songs, and memories around growing up.

These zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube for anyone who would like to watch at a later time – you can subscribe for notifications when they are posted.
