Open to Care Partners of persons diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. This program is offered virtually via Zoom. Meeting invitation provided via email to all registered attendees the Friday prior. Join a supportive group of fellow Care Partners and a trained facilitator to enjoy open conversation, supportive connection, and helpful resource information.
