Our Memory Cafe is the first weekly program east of the CT River in CT. We welcome people with cognitive issues and their care partner. We charge a nominal fee and invite you to bring your lunch. As we grow, we may change our program to include a meal. We focus on meaningful and purposeful activities, light exercise, conversation, and brain games to stimulate and encourage neuroplasticity. Our purpose is to create a safe, judgment-free space for people with memory issues and care partners to reduce loneliness and find meaning. For more information, please contact Pamela Atwood at 860.798.0369 or pam@atwooddementiagroup.com or visit online.
